I am currently a Researcher at Massachusetts Institute of Technologyat the Senseable City Lab implementing projects in the field of IoT, AI, and urban data.

I was born and raised in Ibadan, Nigeria 

Before joining MIT, I graduated with a Master's degree in Internet of Things, Embedded Computing System, at the African Center of Excellence in Internet of Things, University of Rwanda as a World-Bank scholar. My thesis was on "Smart Bracelet: With Handshake Recognition For Information Exchange"

In 2015, I pioneered the first pay-as-you-go solar energy systems in Nigeria, built the hardware protoype in Nigeria, and traveled to Rizho, China for mass production. I was awarded one of the Most Influential Young Nigerians in 2018 and 2019. In 2019, I was selected by the Government of France as an exceptionally talented technical expert to develop smart city solutions. I was recognized by the world bank CEO Kristalina Georgieva (Now the IMF president) for developing a pay-as-you cook solution to help Rwandans use LPG gas. In 2022, I was shortlisted for the UK Royal Academy of Engineering Africa Prize for building the world’s first solar-powered workstation equipped with IoT technology.

I currently serve as Intel Advisory Board Member for IoT, Board member for Open-Source Hardware Association (OSHWA)
